Manufacturing
Each swimming pool and mini-pool tells the company’s designing ability, which follows the customer from the analysis of specific needs, through to the development of a unique product, expression of an Italian manufacturing prowess and style.
From design and manufacturing, through to delivery and testing of the finished stainless steel swimming pool, each step takes place in H2OStyle. Specialised technical expertise combines with work enthusiasm and with the ultimate desire to turn a dream of relaxation into reality.
Craftsmanship
The attention to detail and the control over all manufacturing stages are a guarantee of construction precision andreliability that contribute to the swimming pool’s durability.
The entire pool and frame are made in AISI 316L stainless steel, a lightweight material that is ideal for meeting the various shape requirements. The unique feature of each swimming pool is the self-supporting tubular structure, which follows a modular approach, allowing for rapid and safe product development, while the comfortable radius corners on the inside underline the attention paid to the aesthetic finish.
Total quality
The steel accessories are pre-assembled at the factory in a single self-supporting structure, completing the swimming pools and combining manufacturing excellence with innovative design.
Once the pool’s manufacturing stage is complete, it gets tested to ensure that functionality, style and safety are combined to perfection.
At this stage, the pool is so ready to be transported and delivered, either in one piece if the size permits it, or in several parts that are then assembled and welded directly on site.
